Role Overview:
My client is seeking a reliable and friendly receptionist to cover a maternity leave position. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant staff members.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
  • Handle enquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous receptionist experience was preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
Working Hours:
This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, with an approximate duration of 3 months. The working hours will be 08:30 - 4:30.
