Within this busy role, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of financial budgeting and planning processes across several assigned business areas to ensure effective reporting mechanisms are in place. You will work closely with the central Finance Office to ensure that transactional support is delivered in a highly professional, effective, and efficient manner. You will actively build relationships to convey information to managers on financial performance and KPIs through the provision of specialist expertise and guidance and play a leading role in presenting analysis and commentary on the monthly financial budgeting results set against target, to appropriate management groups. You will also take the lead and be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and reporting. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the department and will take the lead on project work. Continuous improvement is key, and you will bring ideas and innovation to the department.
