They are looking to expand their team to help keep up with the ever-changing demands within their sector, to ensure they provide the best possible experience.
Your new role
As a .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs. You will work with technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server to build robust web applications and services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implementing best practices in coding and testing, and ensuring the performance and scalability of applications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with modern frameworks like .NET Core and Entity Framework, as well as cloud services such as Azure, to enhance our development processes and deliver innovative solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and .NET framework.
- Experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity with ORM for database interactions.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Front-end technologies for building user interfaces.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Familiarity with Azure for deploying applications.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
