This leading City firm seeks an experienced fee-earner to join their highly-ranked financial regulation group for a fixed term contract of at least 4months.The group works for a diverse range of clients including all the major banks, private banks and wealth managers, investment firms and intermediaries. The team also have a market leading reputation in retail financial services covering mortgages, loans, current accounts, pre-paid accounts, credit cards and payment services. The role will be focused on the regulation of payments (Payment Services Regulations 2017, E-Money Regulations 2011, AML compliance, BCOBs, card scheme rules) as well as investments (COBS, MIFID, MIFIR, CASS). You will be advising banks on payment regulation, consumer regulation as well as having a broader FSR background / experience.
