Your new school
We are looking to recruit a qualified Maths teacher to join a good school in Newcastle Under Lyme to cover maternity leave. This school has a good OFSTED report where their Maths department has been complimented specifically. This school is very results-orientated, meaning they require a teacher who will strive for each pupil to achieve their full potential.
Your new role
You will be teaching Maths on a full-time basis to both KS3 and KS4 pupils. You will be responsible for the full teaching role, which will include staff meetings, parents evenings, planning, preparation and marking. The maternity leave commences from February 24th 2025, seeing through the remainder of the academic year (July 2025) in the first instance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold QTS in the UK with a specialism in Maths to apply for this position. ECTs are welcome to apply in addition to experienced teachers.
