Head of Talent Acquisition/Wealth Management

Your new company

A Wealth / Asset Manager with a global presence. Based in the West End, with a hybrid (3 days a week in the office) working model. This role requires recent experience and in-depth knowledge of the EMEA asset management market.

Your new role

This role will be managing the talent acquisition function for front office and fee-earning roles. One key element of this position is establishing key relationships with managers within the business, fully supporting them in getting the best talent into the business and building out strategic pipelines for the future. As well as attracting and finding talent, you'll be working with HR and wider business people plans for things such as attracting diverse talent, delivering 1st-class candidate experience and external partnering with 3rd party suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be passionate about recruitment, excellent at creating effective relationships with others and love the pace of recruiting for a front office function. This role needs a proven track record of working within an internal talent acquisition function within a financial services organisation, preference to SME environments (up to 750 headcount) within asset management/hedge funds/private banking/investment management/private equity.

  • Excellent senior stakeholder communications, with the ability to provide high touch service, including the ability to link talent acquisition to commercial outcomes
  • Ideas and experience of different resourcing strategies which are specific to front office
  • Ability to work in London City 3 x a week at a minimum
