Relationship Manager, International Bank, City of London, Hybrid/Full-time

A leading international bank is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their specialised department focused on Corporate Clients. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to come into a client-facing position and work in a dedicated team, managing and growing the portfolio as well as providing leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team.


On a day to day, your key responsibilities will include: managing and cultivating new business relationships, preparing credit proposals and periodic credit review reports, liaising with departments including risk and KYC and informally providing mentoring and supervision to junior members of the team. Other responsibilities will be to lead and execute transactions and continuously monitoring the existing portfolio and ensuring client relationships with the bank remains strong.


To be applicable for this role, you must have at least 3 years experience as a relationship manager, ideally in a client-facing role within a bank. Credit experience, including the ability to write a credit proposal and strong documentation skills. Experience in people management is also beneficial for this role.
