Your new company

Working for a Public Sector owned consultancy based in Nottinghamshire, you will head up the commercial team to deliver built environment frameworks. You will undertake a variety of projects across various sectors including Commercial, Leisure and Education. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your new role

You will work as a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites across their portfolio of local projects. These projects consist of schools, libraries, offices, activity centres, all local to Nottinghamshire! You will oversee the site teams and support them in the successful delivery of these multi million pound projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience in a Contracts Manager role, ideally with public sector projects. You will be keen to work on local projects, with the ability to manage contractors and sub contractors. You will have a construction related qualification.

What you'll get in return
