Your new role
As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager you will join the Commercial Property team and will be involved with a range of duties in order to develop your experience. This is likely to include day-to-day property management tasks including managing reported property maintenance issues, service charge monitoring, budgets and reconciliation. You will also be required to visit properties to undertake routine inspections and build relationships with tenants and contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have either gained a degree qualification within a property related discipline or have gained property management experience. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
