As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide effective and professional administrative support to the board/above and other members of the Senior Leadership team where required.
Your responsibilities will include:

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide effective and professional administrative support to the board/above and other members of the Senior Leadership team where required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and diary Management: Skilfully managing calendars.
- Event Coordination: Coordinating events and meetings.
- Travel arrangements/itineries, accommodation and catering.
- Report and Presentation Assistance: Assisting with report and presentation production.
- Financial Support: Processing expenses and handling travel arrangements.
- Operational Interaction: Daily interaction with senior staff on operational matters.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Relevant experience.
- Administrative Experience: Significant experience as a personal or executive assistant to senior-level individuals.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365), including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel.
- Meeting Coordination: Experience coordinating senior-level meetings and taking accurate notes.
- Proactivity: A proactive and positive approach to team culture and system establishment.
