Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join the UK' largest and fastest growing Real Estate companies

Your new company

You will be joining one of the UK’s leading Real Estate agents in London who are committed to delivering an exceptional service to their clients by leveraging technology & delivering data-driven strategies.

Your new role

As the Marketing Analyst, you will form the vital link between the Performance Marketing & Business Analytics teams – using your expertise to advise the business on how to maximise their cost & revenue optimisation.
You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, looking at audience generation, campaign reporting & optimisation, & customer profiling & segmentation.
You’ll work closely with both teams & wider stakeholders across the business, reporting on key metrics to stakeholders and the team. Completing lower funnel analysis using SQL will be one of the main technical concepts for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally previously working on an Analytical / Marketing background with a bachelor’s degree in statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with SQL, GA4, and PowerBI.
  • A strong analytical thinker who has a strategic approach and a strong eye for detail.
  • Proactive mindset of asking open-ended questions to research and analyse data to make a difference.
  • Experience with direct mail.
  • Strong presentation skills.

What you'll get in return

You have the opportunity to join a team where you can really make a difference with your insights and findings, as all the data is used and influences the direction of the business. They are one of the UK's fastest growing Real Estate companies due to their investment in technology and people’s expertise. With great career opportunities and a collaborative, autonomous culture to have your voice heard. It is a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. A comprehensive continuous training programme is included along with great career progression opportunities.
