Our client is a leading housing provider across the country, they are looking for a Cashier to join the team on a Temp to Perm contract.

Your new role

You will be responsible for processing bank transactions, reconciling the bank accounts, rent & revenue posting, Housing Benefit processing, managing returned direct debits, setting up new suppliers, verifying supplier bank details and BIB Emergency Payments. You will also be responsible for managing and reconciling the petty cash float for the Northwest.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

• Be experienced in Cashiering and Accounts Payable.

• Experienced in using Outlook, Word & Excel (Intermediate)

• Be an excellent communicator with a track record of working with stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and reprioritise during the day

• Open Accounts knowledge (desirable)

• Qualification at least AAT Level 2 or higher
