We are really excited to work with a multinational food company who have recently opened up in the heart of London and are currently looking to expand their Logistics team with a Logistics and operations Manager. They currently have sites across Europe and are looking to hit the ground running in their new London branch.

Your main responsibilities as the Logistics Specialist would be maintaining communications with the other operation managers and staff members of other international branches to ensure adherence to company protocols. In addition, you will also support the Logistics Managers in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities whilst monitoring day-to-day operations yourself. You will also be ensuring that the transportation runs smoothly to the other branches, which will be delivering products such as seeds, plant protection and heavy equipment such as tractors. And finally, ensuring operations are in legal compliance with national and international regulations.

A successful candidate will have to have great organisational skills, including time management, as well as strong communication skills in English and either French or Italian. You will also need high proficiency in the Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. Finally, experience in operations and preferably a transportation and logistics background.
