Bookkeeper for a professional services firm

Your new company

This is a rapidly growing professional services firm that specialises in working with founder-led businesses. The company has 3 core parts to the business and you would be responsible for managing the books for each of them. This is an opportunity to work closely with both current clients and the outsourced bookkeeping providers.

Your new role

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for numerous different tasks including posting journals for prepayments, accruals and payroll, preparing and submitting the quarterly VAT returns. You will also be responsible for the internal payroll, payment runs, reconciling bank transactions and more.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a minimum of 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper having good attention to detail. A positive and proactive attitude is crucial alongside having excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be organised and able to priorise tasks as you work to tight deadlines.
