External Material Scheduler Role

Your new role

  • To define the supply parameters in the companies' Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP) by item file within individual scope of activity. Which are consistent with stock targets and the industrial strategy.
    Participate in the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) validation process, analysing and processing

  • Accountable for the supplier's on-time performance for your defined group of suppliers, informing suppliers of discrepancies and providing resolution where applicable whilst working closely with our internal Quality teams

  • Obtain acknowledgement from the supplier for any changes or modifications to requirements
  • Negotiate dead-lines and quantities with suppliers within the limits of the contract established by the purchasing team

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar manufacturing planning role.

  • Good working knowledge of an ERP system

  • Proven skills in resource scheduling and procurement activities.

  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration
