Your new company
Global commercial firm that operates in over 50 countries. Due to continued success, the organisation is investing in its reward team and hiring a national Reward Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Reward Manager, you will work alongside the HR teams to create, implement and maintain reward frameworks that support the strategy. You will report to the Head of HR Operations and manage x1 HR Advisor.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Reward Professional.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and practices and continuous improvement.
What you'll get in return
- Compensation of £75,000 - 85,000 with a bonus.
