You will be working for a Global Real Estate Company based in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, whilst driving sustainability goals. This company operates in over 10 countries worldwide, making this an exciting global opportunity.

Your new role

You will be working supporting the wider organisation by designing, implementing and managing reward programmes to motivate, attract and retain employees. You will be analysing HR, compensation and benefits data, working with internal stakeholders and senior business partners to align rewards with business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 2-3 years' experience in HR Data Analytics & Reward and have extensive knowledge of all Reward & Compensation practices. You will be knowledgeable in employee Benefits. You will be numerically skilled and have proficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. You will be an organised, detail-oriented negotiator who can prioritise effectively and work well under pressure.

What you'll get in return

You will be entitled to a base salary from £40,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefits such as bonus and private healthcare. You will work in Central London with a flexible and hybrid working policy. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop within the company.
