This highly respected, well known Teesside organisation have a need for an experienced Credit Controller to join a welcoming and vibrant team.

Your new role

Responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of clients.
Ensuring payment is made within agreed contract SLA's.
Query resolution.
Chasing of aged debt, securing payment commitment or valid reason for non-payment.
Following up and monitoring payments.
Agreeing credit limits.
Escalating limit reviews.
Dispute management.
Building strong client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience of full end to end Credit Control as this role requires you to manage your own portfolio of clients.
