Working for a construction engineering company who specialise in design and project management. You'll be working within a team of 5 HR Advisors reporting to the HR Manager for the South Region.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will support Senior Managers with the process on all ER related cases, which will include low-level to complex and sensitive cases. You will provide advice and guidance across all employee issues including disciplinary, sickness absence, grievance, performance, as well as managing TUPE, change and organisational, restructuring.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast-paced and high-volume working environment, ideally a multidisciplined / matrix-type business in construction, facilities or retail etc.
You will have expert knowledge around ER as well as a generalist remit
Have managed senior stakeholder relationships
Be CIPD L5 as minimum (or equivalent)

- Advising site based managers on ER queries, supporting on cases such as H&S, Policy, Long Term Sickness
- Leading on organisational ED&I initiatives
- Supporting recruitment process with onboarding, and offboarding
