Motor Fraud Solicitor (2+ PQE) sought after by an insurance law firm
Your new company
Our client is a well established insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting 2+ PQE Motor Fraud solicitors to join their Manchester office. There is the opportunity for strong defendant RTA lawyers to retrain. The firm offers a competitive salary along with hybrid working.
Your new role
This Motor Fraud solicitor position will see you handle your own caseload of litigated motor fraud cases on a non-delegated authority basis from inception to conclusion. Claims will typically involve fundamental dishonesty, low velocity impacts, phantom passenger and staged incidents.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 2+ years PQE. Previous motor fraud experience is beneficial. Applicants with strong RTA litigation experience will be considered for a retrain opportunity.
