A brilliant opportunity is available for a Customer Service Administrator to work for an award-winning education provider in the heart of fashionable Chiswick on a permanent basis. The company is a well-established organisation with steady growth over the years and offers excellent benefits, including generous holidays of 33 including bank holidays and medical insurance. This position will be based fully on site, so candidates need to be based locally to Chiswick.

Your new role

Your new role will be to respond efficiently to customers, providing information and striving for first contact resolution, managing challenging queries and occasional complaints. You will correspond with customers by phone and email, process product orders and make payments. You will support with daily training course administrative duties, managing registration processes and ensuring candidates are promptly issued with training certificates, liaising with company suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within an office-based customer service or administrative role (non-retail), have experience with dealing with customers over the phone, be based locally to Chiswick and have a compassionate manner towards customers.

What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of between £24,000 - £28,000 with generous benefits including 33 days holiday including bank holidays, private medical insurance, gym membership and hours of Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm. Please note this role is fully on site so candidates need to be based locally to Chiswick in order to be considered.
