Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial accounting, with a focus on technical accounting standards and practices. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support for strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
  • Provide technical accounting training and support to the finance team.
Qualifications :
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and technical accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
