Temporary PA/ Secretary

Your new company

Hays Telford are working with a reputable organisation in Telford who are looking for a temporary PA/Secretary on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a local business which contributes significantly to the local community.

Your new role

You will be primarily supporting the Director with administrative and organisational tasks throughout the week. General responsibilities will be as follows:
  • To provide efficient, confidential and timely administration support.
  • Support with writing notes and uploading documents.
  • Diary management, arranging meetings and booking visits.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Assist with preparation in advance of meetings and events.
  • Booking travel as well as sorting expenses and annual leave

What you'll need to succeed

  • A high level of professionalism with a particular understanding of safeguarding issues.
  • Excellent literacy skills.
  • You must be able to drive as this is a rural location and be immediately available to start.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
