To be considered for this role, your CV must be able to evidence experience in Radio Access Networks (RAN) with expertise on Ericsson RAN platforms and equipment. It is highly likely you will have worked with Ericsson. You will have a strong understanding of RAN architectures, including 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies. Experience with network automation tools and platforms. Familiarity with network orchestration and service orchestration concepts and technologies (e.g., NFV, SDN, MANO, ETSI frameworks). Understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration with network elements, specifically Ericsson ENM, AMOS and its APIs. Experience with bulk provisioning scripting into ENM and understanding conflict / overload. Knowledge and understanding of RAN Alliance interfaces such as O1, A1, O2 and M-Plane (R1) and how to implement rApp capability in a multi RAT / multi-vendor environment. An appreciation of how the Telecom Security Act (TSA) may impact RAN automation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
