Your new role

Within the role of E-commerce Manager, you will be involved in a range of key areas including -

• Development of online brand toolkit for B2B online partners

• Developing product listings ensures they are consistent with brand guidelines

• Oversee key operations relating to e-commerce for warehouse pick, pack and logistics

• Order management

• E-commerce enhancement

• Online / digital media and marketing

• Manage customer service including warranty and return systems

• Data analytics and insights

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience within an E-Commerce role, and it is desirable to have come from a background in retail. Experience with B2B and B2C would be advantageous. If you are interested in progressing your career with a growing organisation, this could be a great next step.
