Group Reporting Consultant - Media - c. £375 / day (outside)

Your new company

A private equity-backed media business undergoing significant financial transformation, with global entities but a focus on Europe.

Your new role
Working closely with the Finance Director, you will:
  • Oversee the EMEA finance teams in location (this role may require some travel)
  • Suggest improvements to current operating models and processes
  • Overhaul the current processes for balance sheet reconciliations and revenue recognition
  • Assist with SAP 4 HANA improvements
  • Ensure the month end is closed in a timely fashion

What you'll need to succeed
As a qualified accountant, you will have experience of several contract positions in fast-paced industries. Ideally, you will have media agency / professional services experience and a firm understanding of revenue recognition in this industry. SAP (ideally 4 HANA) experience is essential.
