Facilities Manager job based in South Wales.

Your New Role

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the delivery of total FM contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of facilities, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include managing FM services, developing strategic plans, leading a team, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a multisite environment. You should have strong knowledge of FM services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and support services. A NEBOSH certificate and IOSH or IWFM membership (or equivalent) are essential. Additionally, you will need excellent leadership and team management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental policies, financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
