Job Title: Temporary DT Teacher

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Design and Technology (DT) Teacher to join a wonderful team on a temporary basis. This school provides students with a positive and safe environment to explore, investigate, learn and develop. This school strives to give the very best educational experience, ensuring that learning is enjoyable, interesting and relevant to our modern age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective DT lessons to students
  • Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A current DBS check registered on the update service, or willingness to undergo a new DBS check
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching DT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
