I have recently teamed up with a startup, B-Corp, to assist in hiring an Account Executive for their commercial team.

Your new role

This role will drive our reach and success in securing long-term partnerships with the country’s leading employers - facilitating company growth and commercial outcomes.

Below details the specific focus for this role and the outcomes you’ll be working towards: End-to-end partnership creation:

  • You’ll be responsible for curating your own network of early career professionals, working with them to help them achieve their social mobility recruitment goals via the company platform.
  • You’ll become the face of the company within your industry verticals, speaking at industry events, hosting thought leadership panels and featuring in digital media.
  • You’ll consult with early career employers to establish how the company’s tech can be applied to their goals and help them diversify their talent pipelines.
  • Ensuring we always capture the value of our work; you’ll be responsible for securing high value partnerships with a broad range of activities-across the employers we partner with.

Working as a team

Partnering with the company’s industry leading Account Managers, you’ll work collaboratively to create partnerships that are built to scale our impact, ensuring success from day one.
As part of the commercial team, you’ll feed into the company's partnership strategy and share learning and best practice from your day-to-day role and experience.

Whilst you’ll be a core part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll ultimately interact with all teams within the business. Your role will have an impact on every team and every team member and will be instrumental in accelerating the company’s growth.


What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a commercial/sales role or similar role in a startup, scale-up or similar fast-paced environment;
Deep understanding of sales and commerce, ideally in an early career or educational context - ideally with legal sector and enterprise experience.
You’ll need to be a self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity and have a proven ability to take the initiative to generate partnerships in a busy space.
An ability to represent Zero Gravity and its mission across a variety of communication channels, including presentations, digital channels and in-person engagements.
