Assistant Service Charge Accountant (Temporary)
Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Service Charge Accountant on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the preparation and reconciliation of service charge budgets and accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Process invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Complete reconciliations and resolve anomalies
- Respond to client enquiries related to service charges.
- Assist with reporting and journal preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with service charge regulations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified or equivalent or progressing towards a recognised accounting qualification
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Knowledge of service charge regulations or experience in a highly regulated sector with transferable skills.
Working Culture:
