Oracle Project Services Lead - £800 p/d Inside IR35

Hays Technology are working closely with a client looking for an Oracle Project Services Lead to support them with their hypercare period after an ERP implementation.

This role will be up to £800 p/d inside IR35 and hybrid 2 days p/w onsite in the West Midlands.

For this role you will need experience in:
  1. Support Internal Mobility & Restructuring: Assist in managing the internal recruitment and mobility processes during the restructuring phase. Ensure alignment with the clients post-go-live objectives for Oracle Cloud.
  2. Oversee External Recruitment: Provide hands-on leadership in supporting external recruitment activities.
  3. Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and third-party service providers. Facilitate effective communication to ensure that all post-go-live technical issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  4. Hypercare Support:
    Manage the transition from SI support to the client based on the handover plan
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle Fusion Board to ensure smooth system performance and operational handovers during the hypercare period. Support the alignment of technical support with the broader strategic goals.
  6. Regular Status Reporting: Facilitate review meetings with third-party providers to discuss system performance, open issues, and areas for improvement. Provide updates to the Oracle Fusion Board on system performance and recruitment-related activities.
  7. Issue Escalation: Post-hypercare, managing the escalation process for any unresolved issues with Oracle or third-party providers, ensuring that problems are addressed efficiently.
  8. Support Documentation: Ensure that system changes and updates are documented and communicated to relevant internal teams, ensuring consistency in system usage and support.
  9. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all processes and procedures are aligned with the legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  10. Maintenance: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the timely and efficient implementation of quarterly patches to ensure system stability and compliance.
