Permanent Document Controller, based in Sale, £30,000+

Your new company

This successful organisation, due to continued business growth and project expansion, is seeking a document controller to help support their team.

Your new role

You will be supporting the engineers in the team by uploading drawings and documents to the system and various portals, opening drawings, receive, track and monitor documents, prepare documents, maintaining hard and soft copies, maintaining an accurate filing system, and any other ad-hoc duties required.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working within document control

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills.

IT-literate able to pick up new software systems easily.

Experience of using Document Management systems such as Sharepoint, Viewpoint, Procore, Fieldview IceOPAC will be highly advantageous combined with the use of Excel.

Office based in Sale 5 days a week.
