Senior Employee Benefits Consultant - Leading Global Consultancy Firm - £80-130k

A leading global consulting firm is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Employee Benefits Consultant. An exciting opportunity to develop your career and assist a range of clients with their employee benefits, as well as lead a senior team of Benefits Consultants.

You will:
Provide expert advice on employee benefit strategies.
Lead on the delivery of employee benefits projects.
Deal with a number of existing clients.
Manage a team of Senior Associates and Managers, providing them with support and guidance.
Consult and use your expertise to assist clients in making sure their benefits policies are suitable, profitable and favoured by their employees.

Required: Previous fee-earning and in-house experience.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is ideal.
Industry leading knowledge of Employee Benefits and the supplier risk process.
Experience in a previous manager role.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
