Repairs Scheduler job in Blackpool

  • Location: Blackpool
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
    Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum

    About Us:
    We are a dedicated housing association committed to maintaining and improving our housing stock. We are looking for a proactive and organised Repairs Scheduler to join our team and help manage both planned and responsive repairs.

    Key responsibilities :
  • Scheduling and coordinating repairs to our housing stock.
  • Manage and prioritise repair requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repair activities. Monitor and report on the progress of repairs.

    Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in a similar role within a housing association or property management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
