Your new company

This organisation is a Senior Partner Practice of St. James' Place and provides tailored financial advice to clients, their families and their businesses. This team is small and close-knit. I am partnering with this team to recruit for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis to support growth of the business.

Your new role

Client Administrator
Permanent and full-time
£25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Office based outside of Wolverhampton, WV6 postcode

Key duties:
  • Answering and logging client calls
  • Making appointments for clients
  • Prepare and send out client meeting packs
  • Creating and updating Salesforce records
  • Liaising with clients and customers via phone, email and letter
  • Managing a query inbox
  • Participation in all administrative duties within the office

What you'll need to succeed

  • To be considered for the higher end of this salary, you will be required to have 2 years experience in wealth management, financial services or St. James' place

  • Exceptional administration skills and attention to detail

  • Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle - due to office location
