Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Engage in finance business partnering with functional areas and the management team to drive strategic initiatives.
• Act as the finance lead for plant productivity projects and improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts and reports.
• Monitor and control costs, providing insights to enhance profitability.
• Oversee -making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management and cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
