Sales Executive, permanent job, bonus structure

Your new company

Our client is a well-established business-to-business goods supplier, based in Larbert. With a strong company history, excellent market share and a passion for strong customer service, it is an excellent time to join the existing team in the position of Internal Sales Executive.

Your new role

Working closely with the wider office-based team, you will play a vital role in ongoing customer management, as well as new customer opportunities. With existing customers, you will deal with any enquiries, orders, appointment booking and all associated documentation. You will ensure customers have an ongoing account management plan in place and keep all contracts current.

You will also deal with incoming new business enquiries, as well as take some time to reach out to likely prospective customers. You will be responsible for generating quotations and looking to secure new opportunities. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will also provide general administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed
This organisation prides themselves on a positive, collaborative working culture. You must have a 'can-do' and 'hands-on' approach, working proactively with the team to get results.
This position would really suit an individual who enjoys speaking with customers, working across a variety of areas from administration to sales. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, some sales experience and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.
