Your new role

• Teach English to small groups of students.
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the needs of each student.
• Provide pastoral support, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviour.
• Strong pastoral skills and a commitment to student well-being.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
