Your new role

You will coordinate the end to end roll-out of all procurement policies and processes to drive a standard process across the function. You will be monitoring and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations/industry standards and ESG requirements and conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance. As the key point of contact for the team, you will stay updated on procurement systems functionality to ensure KPIs and SLAs can be achieved. In this role, you will also:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainable procurement and risk management
  • Analyse the performance of suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, Maintain and Publish our Procurement Library, Risk Register, Glossary of Terms.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to Governance, Process and Policy, ensuring that colleagues are able to ‘self-serve' with access to up-to-date guidance
  • Develop training programs to educate employees on ESG policies and best practices and promote integration of ESG considerations into decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have experience working with Procurement Policy and Procedures ideally within a Facilities Management environment. ESG knowledge is advantageous but not essential. Although a keen interest is required, you will also be an expert in new industry policy and be a self-learner of new changes. You will be a data-focused person who holds a high level of attention to detail and has excellent written and verbal communication. Experience using P2P systems is required.
