IT Service Desk (German Speaking Role)

Your new company

We are currently working with a large scale healthcare organisation based in Chester, supporting them with their recruitment of a contract service desk analyst.

This role will be for a 3-6 month contract, working on a hybrid basis doing 2-3 days per week on site in Chester and the rest working from home.

Your new role

  • IT Service Desk - experience is desired but not essential as training is provided
  • German speaking - as you will be liaising with and supporting German customers, fluent German speaking is essential
  • Customer service - Excellent customer service skills are required as the role is based on the phones speaking regularly with customers
