Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs to meet the unique needs of our students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with complex needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education.
- Previous experience teaching students with complex needs.
- Experience teaching within the UK.
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
