Scheme Manager (16 hours per week) required in Ormskirk
We are seeking a temporary Scheme Manager to support our client on a 16-hour per week contract in Ormskirk, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Your new role
Health & safety compliance checks, raising any required work orders and assisting to log repairs
Void management, lettings, viewings and sign-ups
Managing low level ASB and arrears
Responding to queries/complaints from customers, family members or stakeholders
Morning check in calls to vulnerable residents
Signposting to external agencies regarding benefits, mental health
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within a similar setting/social housing environment and dealing with vulnerable adults
Knowledge/understanding of housing & tenancy management principles - experience of dealing with voids, lettings, viewings, ASB and arrears
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS (ideally on update service)
