Your new company
Our client is a global insurance law firm who are currently recruiting a Motor Recoveries Team Leader to join their Birmingham office. This role is open to all qualified solicitors/lawyers with supervisory experience.
Your new role
This Motor Recoveries Team Leader role will see you responsible for a team of supervisors/fee earners. You will monitor performance to drive the financial performance of supervisors and their teams. You will improve performance through communicating internal/external SLA and KPIs, agreed financial targets, establishing prompt billing and ensuring supervisors are effectively managing/coaching fee earners.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer or soon to be qualified. Previous experience in motor recoveries is beneficial. High levels of supervisory or team leading experience is essential.
