Your new role

To provide exceptional customer service and efficient management of export operations within the organisation's Airfreight business. The role involves being the primary point of contact for customers and service providers, ensuring that all export processes are handled proactively and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the export operations.

What you'll need to succeed

Industry Experience: Previous experience in airfreight or export operations is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry's requirements. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage high workloads in challenging situations. Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Attention to Detail: A commitment to service excellence with attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful and proactive, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining smooth operations.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum, working hours are 9.00-17.30 each day. They also offer hybrid working.
