Chief Medical Officer

Hays are currently partnered with a UK based biotech who are looking to bring in a Chief Medical Officer to drive forward their early stage pipeline. This will be a very hands-on position operating as part of a tight-knit, lean team. Adaptability and previous experience within a biotech is a necessity, along with extensive development experience within Ophthalmology preferably at early stage.
