Your new role

  • Manage and monitor rent accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Handle credit control and collection processes.
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve any payment issues and provide support.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and take appropriate action on arrears.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in credit control and collections.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of social housing regulations and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
