Tenancy Sustainment Officer Job Available

Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer (Female)
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £19.38 per hour (umbrella) or £17.62 per hour (PAYE, including holiday pay)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team, providing support to vulnerable women in a hostel environment. This role is crucial in helping our residents, who include ex-offenders and individuals with histories of drug and alcohol abuse, to maintain their tenancies and work towards a stable future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive housing and tenancy management support.
  • Assist residents in developing life skills and accessing necessary services.
  • Manage challenging behaviours and support residents in overcoming personal issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other support services and agencies.

Requirements:
  • Female candidate (due to the nature of the service).
  • Proven experience in housing/tenancy management.
  • Strong resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
