Your new role

As Production Manager, you will lead and coordinate the training and activities of team members to achieve production volume, product quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will play a key role in the continual improvement of plant policies and production techniques, aiming to increase quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for establishing performance standards and objectives for the team. You will manage product quality, on-time shipment, and production within assigned departments.
Collaborating with customers to ensure timely execution of orders. Establishing tact time goals per production forecasts and schedules, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and other employee performance-related actions.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need 3–5 years of experience as a Production Manager. Excellent leadership and motivation skills, with a proven track record of leading successful teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, are essential. You should have experience managing teams of up to 100 employees and handling various personnel and production issues. Strong skills in time and project management, troubleshooting/problem-solving, planning & follow-through, and quality improvement processes are required. Knowledge of Oracle business systems would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively collaborate with people at various technical and management levels are also necessary.

Hours of work for the role are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm with an early finish every week. You will receive competitive pay and overtime opportunities.
