Your new role

Support clients and the wider customer service team with the following duties:

  • Advising and escalating queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Providing insightful advice to clients across Europe.
  • Following proper protocols and procedures to resolve complaints and queries.
  • Use professional phone manner to navigate conversations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MUST Speak French, as well as be proficient in English.

  • Preferably have customer service or administrative experience.

  • Previous work in a corporate environment is preferable.

  • Have a calm demeanour when confronted with problem-solving.
