• Manage and supervise the maintenance and security of the school premises.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and manage any incidents on site.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to site management.

• Proven experience in a similar site management role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Enhanced DBS check is essential.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
